Shipping policy

Order Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track your shipment's progress.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping:

Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 days. Please note that shipping days are from Friday to Monday. Shipping costs start around $4.00 and increase based on weight.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched. We are not responsible for packages after they have been dropped off at USPS, including those that are damaged, delayed, lost, or stolen.

Insurance and Signature Confirmation:

We highly recommend adding insurance and signature confirmation to your order for extra protection. This ensures that your package is secure and eligible for claims in case of any issues. Please note that packages left without a signature confirmation are not eligible for a claim unless they were delivered to a different address by USPS. If you purchased Signature Confirmation, and your order is lost or stolen during transit, we will help to file a claim on your behalf.

Damaged Items:

At Esté Crystals, we take pride in wrapping each piece with love and care to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please send us photo proof of the damage within 24 hours of delivery, and we will file a claim on your behalf. If you purchased shipping insurance and your claim qualifies, you will be refunded for the damaged items. 

Please keep the box and all packaging materials to assist with the claim process. If your package goes missing, we will also handle the claim process for you.
