We work with suppliers from around the world, including many we have built relationships with over the years through gem shows and direct sourcing trips. Rather than purchasing in bulk without seeing the material, we carefully select pieces based on quality, character, and what we feel will best serve our community.
Is shipping insured?
Shipping is only insured if you add Route Package Protection to your cart at checkout. Without Route, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our shop.
